Before Iniating Transfer

Before initiating the transfer of securities, contact our Bursar (Br. Bernard Delcourt) with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. The name of the stock
  3. The exact number of shares being transferred
  4. The CUSIP number for the stock
  5. The company name & DTC number of your broker
